On the eve of the launch of NetherRealm’s Studio’s Injustice: Gods Among Us for the better part of the world, bad news has been announced for Nintendo Wii U fans in Europe. While the game will launch tomorrow in the States, and Friday for the PS3 and 360 in the U.K., the Wii U version has to go back into the over for another week overseas.
That is right, the Wii U version of the game has been pushed back a week to April 26 for our European friends. There hasn’t been any official reasoning given to the delay, but given that it is only in a specific region, I think that it is safe to assume that it is something along the lines of a cosmetic issue (possibly packaging).
In the mean time, the rest of the world can gear up for the battle which launches tomorrow with the official launch trailer for the game:
