Developers that kicked in for the
OUYA have had their consoles for about a month now. Engadget went and
talk to three of them who are working with the system to see how it's going. It sounds like they're all pretty happy with the experience and how easy it is to get things up an running. There are mobile chipsets that are more powerful than the Tegra 3 that's in the system right now, but that's pretty much what you can expect when you launch a console. You'll get a small or no window where the GPU and CPU will be one of the most powerful ones on the market.
Now, will this mean it's a success as a consumer product? Time will tell, but it's already known as a Kickstarter success. The rest of the folks who didn't shell out the money for a dev kit should get their consoles next month provided there aren't any delays.
