Today Ubisoft and Nadeo have announced that ShootMania Storm will be released on April 10th. ShootMania Storm follows in the footsteps of the successful TrackMania series that allows players to essentially create their own content, share it with the world, resulting in an endless amount of new content for the game. As of now players have created more than 15 game modes and more than 20,000 maps have been crated.
Nadeo's buisness model of allowing players to create their own content has always made these games stand out from others resulting in a very unique and fun experience.
“Nadeo’s model of development has always been to be very close to the community,” said Anne Bondel-Jouin, Managing Director of Nadeo Live. “Following the release of the Beta 2 in December, we received a tremendous amount of information from the very active ShootMania community. For a living, online multiplayer title like this the work is never done, but these extra few weeks will allow us to polish the game further and release it to the level of quality we think our players deserve.”
ShootMania Storm is also very acting on the E-Sports scene. ShootMania Storm has been at the IPL 5 tournaments in Las Vegas and MLG in Dallas. If you want to get your hands on ShootMania Storm and are going to PAX East then you are in luck as the game will be there for everyone to try out.
Finally those who pre-order the game will be given access to the beta. Pre-ordering the game now will also give you a discount as the game will be on sale for $15.99 down from $19.99
