Sony has announced that next week’s update to the PlayStation Store will not only bring a slew of new content, but also a new design and layout. The design features an entirely new interface that puts the focus on the wide variety of content available throughout the service. Everything has been designed to utilize the high-definition capabilities of the system, particularly in the heavy use of imagery and layout.
Although the final design is subject to change, you can check out a few examples of the planned design (as used in the beta test for it) below:
