Way back at the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show in January, Polk Audio surprised us by jumping into the noise-canceling headphone business with the release of the UltraFocus lineup to go with their UltraFit Sport Headphones. For a few more days, you can head over to polkaudio.com and pick up any of the headphones or ear buds for 20% off (sale price range of $39.96 - $299.96.) This includes the UltraFocus 8000’s, which are on sale for $299 (normal MRP of $349).
After spending 10 years working at a big box electronics store and seven here at GamingNexus doing A/V reviews, I have had access to all of the big names in headphones and the UltraFocus 8000’s are simply put, the best over-ear noise-cancelling headphone I have ever used. We currently are wrapping up our review of the 8000’s, so expect it in the near future.
