Ok, so this World of Warplanes cinematic trailer wasn't actually directed by the only person in the history of the world capable of making explosions boring. However, it sure looks like it could have been.
Things exploding for no reason? Check.
Fighters shooting at battleships with machine guns? Check.
Planes flying over/under/through all manner of natural and man-made structures? Check.
Fighters playing a game of murder-chicken five feet over the surface of the ocean? Check.
However, unlike the average Michael Bay piece of ****, watching this trailer DOESN'T make you feel like you need to harm yourself. Instead, it just makes you want to go and play World of Warplanes extra hard.
