After reading the release, I was a bit surprised that there are not any Matchbox 20 tracks in any of the Rock Band games or DLC, but according to Harmonix, there isn’t until next week. Effective Tuesday, Sept 11th, Matchbox 20 will have a three-pack of songs hit the
Rock Band Music Store for the first time. The tracks include a nice sample across the Bands career, including “Bent” and the single “Shes So Mean” off their latest album.
Pricing will be $5.49/440 MS Pts/550 Wii Pts for the “Matchbox Twenty Pack 01” pack, $1.99/160 MS Pts/200 Wii Pts per song and $0.99/80 MS Pts/100 Wii Pts for eligible Pro Guitar/Pro Bass upgrade.
Available on September 11th, 2012:
• Matchbox Twenty – “
Bent” O
• Matchbox Twenty – “
How Far We’ve Come” O X
• Matchbox Twenty – “
She’s So Mean” O
Tracks marked with “O” feature support for keyboards; tracks marked with “X” will offer Pro Guitar and Pro Bass expansions for $0.99 per song.
Hopefully this is the start of getting the remainder of songs form the groups catalog into Rock Band.
