We only have a little over a month until Arkane Studios' Dishonored hits store shelves, and a lot of videos have been making the rounds. Arkane seems to live on the video with dev diaries and teasers galore.
Today, they've released a new developer diary called Part 1: Inception. No, it's not about dreams within dreams, it's more about the actual inception of Dishonored and the concepts behind its development. There's a lot of risk involved in launching a new IP, that's common knowledge, and Arkane seem bound and determined to ensure anyone who is interested can see as much of the game in action as they can without playing it. Is there a better way to mitigate the risk of a new IP than laying it all on the table, short of handing out free copies of the game?
Dishonored comes out on October 9th in North America and October 12th in Europe for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.
