With Borderlands 2 recently going gold and shipping to retailers very, very soon, Gear Box has pulled a little surprise out of their magic hat as a treat for fans. The developer revealed a 16-bit, lo-fi demake of Borderlands on their official website. The Border Lands is sort of like taking Smash TV and combining the loot dropping and gunplay elements of Borderlands into a browser based game. Long story short, it is insanely addicting and fun and best of all, it doesn’t cost you a dime.
