PC fans have been enjoying the latest chapter of
Left 4 Dead 2 for a few weeks now but 360 fans missed out on the launch back on July 24. Beginning this weekend, Xbox 360 players will be able to join in on the fun. The Cold Stream DLC has
been announced for launch on the Xbox Live Marketplace this coming Friday, August 3, 2012. The pack, which will carry a price tag of 560 Microsoft points, will bring “new” campaigns to the game.
In addition to the new Cold Stream scenario, 4 of the original Left 4 Dead chapters will be included as well. This means that your L4D2 crew can revisit the experiences of Crash Course, Death Toll, Dead Air, and Blood Harvest. We played a game night on the new campaign on the PC version of the game last week and had an absolute blast. Cold Stream is a nice change of pace from the standard scenarios we have been playing over and over on the game and should give players more than enough reason to break out their discs.
