One of the big third-party games that Nintendo is pushing at the show for E3 is LEGO City: Undercover. The game, which was revealed at last year’s conference, crafts an original story set in the LEGO universe. We aren’t talking about adding the LEGO style to established IP’s; this is a fresh experience.
The game, developed by TT Fusion, is a sandbox-style adventure game. Players control an undercover cop by the name of Chase McCain and go on the hunt for criminals in LEGO City. You will be able to use disguises and a variety of vehicles to infiltrate the LEGO-crimeworld and bring it to its knees. Of course, this is all done with that patented -TT-LEGO brand of humor.
The game is expected to launch alongside the Wii U this Holiday season.
