WWE back with an attitude for WWE ‘13

THQ may have had their share of troubles over the past year, but even that won’t stop the train that is WWE ‘13 from running! THQ has announced their plans for WWE ‘13, which will hit stores on October 30, 2012 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Nintendo Wii.
The new game will pay tribute to one of the most popular eras of wrestling: the WWE Attitude era! In addition to a roster of current WWE superstars, the game will include a variety of stars from the Attitude era including Mankind and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Everything that fans have come to know and love in the series will be returning too: WWE Universe mode, Predator Technology, ability to create and share a ton of content, and a variety of additional content rolled out over the next year.
Of course, you can’t have a WWE game without a cover star and this year’s game will put the one and only C.M. Punk on the cover. You can check out the announcement trailer and a variety of screens for the new game below. We expect to learn a whole lot more about it next week once E3 kicks off.
