Yes, the tools and the game for
Neverwinter Nights 2 are delayed but the game is still scheduled for October 31 while the toolset is now set for October 1 or so. The announcement can be seen on the
game's website. I certainly hope there's no more delays in this as NWN2's easily one of my most anticipated game this year.
