I missed last week’s Rock Band Network update, so I wanted to get last and this week’s new releases posted to keep the information flowing. For the two-week period, we saw 15 new Xbox 360 tracks and ten PS3 tracks hit the service. There appears to be a nice mix to the genres, but I did want to point out that if you are a fan of Dream Theater, then you may want to check out “No Holy Man”, which features the bands front man James LaBrie on vocals.

As always, here is the Harmonix disclaimer/explanation for the disparity in song quantities available between the Xbox 360 and PS3.
The Rock Band Network was developed upon Microsoft's XNA technology, and all RBN songs have 30-day exclusivity on the Xbox 360. However, select RBN 2.0 songs are submitted to the PS3 by Sony and Harmonix at the rate of 5 songs a week, as determined by factors such as popularity and community interest.
