Sega and Creative Assembly have released the third and final video in their developer diary series for Total War: Shotgun 2 - Fall of the Samurai, with the latest revealing new modern land and sea weapons, direct control of Gatling guns and canons, and expanded multiplayer options. With the addition of advanced weaponry, the game is touted as including over 50 new land and sea units to create even more destruction and death. The calm waves of the seas will also be interrupted by the addition of ironclad warships and even torpedo boats. These advanced weapons, including Gatling guns and cannons, can be controlled with the click of a key that switches to a third-person perspective. Among the other improvements, an avatar conquest mode has been created specially for the multiplayer competent of Fall of the Samurai.
From the video alone, I can't get enough of the numerous explosions and epic battles featured. I'll be planning my battle strategies till the Total War: Shogun 2 - Fall of the Samurai standalone expansion launches on March 23 for Windows PC.
