Everyone knows someone who "used to be" addicted to World of Warcraft, but since they "could quit anytime they wanted" they got over it and now lead productive lives that contribute to society. Don't those people suck? You know you want to ruin them.
Well now if you do via World of Warcraft's Scroll of Resurrection feature that lets you invite old "friends" back to the game they skipped their wedding and lost their job to play, your own WoW character will immediately achieve level 80.
But that is not all. You'll also receive a free upgrade to Cataclysm if you haven't already played it, an optional free character move and faction change and seven days of World of Warcraft for free. Well, it's not actually free; your buddy is paying for it with his or her soul.
And that still not all. Upon a successful WoW soul-capture (meaning your buddy paid for at least 30 days), you'll get a Spectral Gryphon for an Alliance character and/or a Spectral Wind Rider for a Horde character - FOR FREE.
