With both
Forza Motorsport 4 and
FIFA 12 just around the corner, the creators in the labs over at
KontrolFreek are geared up to bring gamers the right tools for the games. Over the course of the next month, they will release two new products in the form of the
Football Freek and the
Speed Freek APEX. Both products are “tournament legal” and aim to improve your precision within the two upcoming games.
The Football Freek is the first controller specifically designed for football (well, soccer) games and it will hit stores on September 27. The attachment is designed with a textured convex design which ensures maximum grip of the analog stick. It is intended to make it easier for players to utilize FIFA 12‘s improved precision passing, dribbling, and tactical defending gameplay systems. It will be available for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 for $9.99.
The Speed Freek APEX is an updated version of KontrolFreek’s original accessory. The U-shaped attachment snaps onto the analog stick and is designed to prevent thumb-slipping and fatigue. It also includes an extension adapter which aims to improve the sensitivity of the analog stick, making your movements more accurate and precise. You will be able to find the Speed Freek APEX in stores on October 4 for both the Xbox 460 and PlayStation 3. It will also cost $9.99.
