Sony might be hyping the Trek game based off JJ Abrams 2009 movie (I'm calling it Gears of Star Trek for now) but I'm far more interested in Star Trek: Infinite Space from Gameforge. The free-to-play MMO is set in the Deep Space Nine era and might fulfill some of the missed opportunity from Star Trek Online. At E3 it looks like someone cornered Denise and Michael Okuda for an interview. They have a direct advisory role in the game, and it's cool to get their take as they've been shaping Trek ever since the early days of The Next Generation. With them on board I feel even better about Infinite Space.
