Thanks to destructoid, I found my way to this interesting trailer from Ubisoft. Called, Assassin's Creed Embers, the short animated film details Ezio Auditore's final chapter in life as an old man. Assassin's Creed Embers was developed by UbiWorkshop and will be included in the Assassin's Creed Revelations Signature Edition available for pre-order from Gamestop. You'll also be able to download it on XBLA Marketplace or PSN. No pricing or release date has been revealed yet.
