A while ago, rumors persisted that some monster movie legends were going to be DLC characters in
Mortal Kombat. Well, one is making his way to the game and it's the nightmare inducing Freddy Krueger from Nightmare on Elm Street.
IGN has the trailer for Mr. Krueger in action and he's sporting his famous bladed glove on both hands. He looks more akin to the current incarnation played by Jackie Earle Haley than Robert Englund. Now, will Freddy mark the beginning of more movie serial killers to come? Will Jason come out and play? I'd love to see Ash from Evil Dead in the fray. Who do you want to see?
