Konami has announced that
Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, which was once considered exclusive to the Xbox Live Arcade, is headed to Sony’s PlayStation Network. The PSN conversion of the game has been rumored for months but is now official.
Harmony of Despair on the PSN will include an additional cooperative mode which will support an offline, local 4-player mode in addition to the 6-player online play. The game will also include some of the content that was released as DLC on the Xbox version, including the Beauty, Desire, Situation Dire map and additional playable characters such as Julius Belmont and Yoko Belnades.
The exact release date of the game has not been announced, only a narrow release window of Summer 2011. PS3 players have waited this long for the game, what is a few more weeks?
