One thing I've certainly been curious about when it comes to Atlus' upcoming puzzle/platformer game, Catherine, is how the voice acting will come across. Being that there is no English subbing option, North American gamers will have to rely on the English-speaking voice actors specifically selected for this localized edition.
If you're wondering the same thing as I am, you should check out the new trailer released that interviews two of the voice actors in Catherine. You can hear from the actors that play Vincent (Troy Baker) and Johnny (Travis Willingham), but I'm sorry to say actors Laura Bailey (Catherine) and Michelle Ruff (Katherine) aren't present.
Take a look below to see more of their experiences, and what they think of Catherine versus Katherine (it's all about the librarian glasses).
Catherine is currently scheduled to release on July 26, 2011 for PlayStation 3 system and Xbox 360 system with an MSRP of $59.99 for the standard edition and $79.99 for the limited-run "Love Is Over" Deluxe Edition (available at participating retailers, while supplies last). Fans are encouraged to pre-order at participating retailers to receive the Catherine Sound Disc & Art Book, a free extra available to customers who reserve either the standard or deluxe edition of the game for either platform.
