I know it isn't exactly a new announcement but Resident Evil The Mercenaries 3D is heavily co-op focused, as demonstrated by these new gameplay clips from Gametrailers. Mercenaries was one of the few parts of RE5 that I actually liked, although the gameplay wasn't as tight or satisfying as mercenaries mode in RE4.
