Capcom showed off the new version of
Street Fighter 3: Third Strike Online (TSO) at E3 this week and showed that it was more than just a simple, online conversion of the classic fighter. TSO is bringing with it a slew of new features that will undoubtedly keep Street Fighter fans happy for quite some time.
First off, the game has been given an extensive trial mode that is filled with challenges that will teach you the ins and outs of SF3‘s intricate combat system. As you progress through the various trials, you will be award with “vault points” which can be spent in the game’s shop (dubbed the Vault) to unlock concept art, music, and videos. If that isn’t enough, the game also allows players to save and store replays of their favorite matches and even upload them to Youtube from within the game. It’s like a Street Fighter fans dream...
