After seemingly endless amount of time, PSN is destined to be fully restored across all regions except for Japan, Hong Kong, and South Korea by the end of this week. Also, Music Unlimited powered by Qriocity will also be up and running following the same regions and schedule. The Asian markets will have an update as they become available, but it is pretty evident that getting the Americas up and running before E3 was probably a priority. What this means is that you can now buy games and DLC for PS3 and PSP directly from the console, as well as Qriocity services from PC, PS3 and PSP. The Welcome Back program should also be getting started soon in these areas, as the store needed to come back online before they could start handing out the freebies.
