When resetting passwords, you the normal channel of getting an email with the password or sent a link to create a new one. Sony's method of just asking for a date of birth along with your username to create a new password really wasn't a great way to go about it. And with all your data floating around with your DOB and username from the first hack, well, it wasn't hard to grab some new accounts again. Thankfully, Sony's taken the page down and maybe they'll think of a more secure way to reset your Sony PSN password.
Thanks
