SCEA has delayed the release of
MotorStorm Apocalypse in all regions due to the recent natural disaster(s) in Japan. Delays of both the European and Japanese version of the game were announced early last week and it has now
been confirmed that the North American version will be delayed as well.
The title was originally scheduled to launch here in the States on April 12, but due to the subject matter of the game, it has been delayed indefinitely out of respect for those impacted by the recent events in Japan. In this case, indefinitely isn’t as bleak as it sounds. The game will still be released... it hasn’t been cancelled; SCEA just hasn’t set a new date for the game yet and is holding off until it deems the subject matter to be less offensive.
