A lot of my friends have fond memories of playing Tribes. I wasn't one to get into it, but they will be excited to hear that a new Tribes game is coming. Tribes Ascend is being developed by Hi-Rez Studios and it looks like from the trailer below that they are aiming for a release this year. Not much is shown nor mentioned, but just the name Tribes should get a lot of people excited.
