Sony has revealed a new resource for addressing any issues that you may run into with any of their
PlayStation related products: the @AskPlayStation Twitter account. The official customer support department for Sony’s PlayStation devision will now accept and respond to inquiries through the Twitter service.
Anyone with a Twitter account can pose a question to the service department during the week between 9:30AM and 5:00PM PST. Live responses will be offered from Sony staff during the last three hours of each business day. This is a useful tool if you have basic inquiries that you wish to have addressed in an official sense. There were many times in the months following my initial purchase where I have questions that experienced users would have considered simple and I am sure other new users will run into the same; it’s nice to know that they now have a straightforward and accessible means of find the answers to those questions.
