Normally I'm not a big fan of posting rumors up on GN since most of them don't pan out or are just fanboy speculation but for some reason this one seems to make sense to me.
Bink.nu has found a post on AVS forum that indicates that Microsoft will be releasing the Xbox 360 AV which will feature DVR capability, a bigger hard drive, built in HD-DVD player, and an HDMI port. Given the recent rumors (and pictures) of a 360 HDMI port and couple that with the early rumors about a third DVR capable Xbox 360 and this does make some sense. Will it happen? Probably not but it is fun speculation.
