id Software has released a new batch of screenshots for their upcoming shooter RAGE. The game will be the first new IP from the company in many, many years.
RAGE was first revealed to the public back in 2007 at QuakeCon, just months after it was used as a tech demo at Apple’s WWDC. The title is a first person sandox game featuring elements of both racing and role-playing games. The title has come a long way since it was first shown and is looking fantastic as we approach it’s September 13, 2011 release date for the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
