Atari has set a firm date for the release of the upcoming digitally distributed Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime. The title is set to be released on both the Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network on March 23, 2011. The release date announcement is accompanied by a new trailer for the game which shows off some of the environments players will experience during the adventure.
Sanctum of Slime gives players a chance to team up with (up to) 3 of their friends and take on the role of a rookie on the famed Ghostbusters team. As you progress through the game, and prove yourself as a Ghostbuster, you will get a chance to take on bigger assignments and face much larger threats. Come March 23, who you gonna call?
