EA will be releasing more than just Dead Space 2 next week, but also a revamped, HD port of the Nintendo Wii title Dead Space Extraction. The updated version of the prequel game is exclusive to the PlayStation 3 and will be included on the Limited Edition PS3 version of the game and will be released at a later date on the PlayStation Network.
Dead Space Extraction is effectively the exact same game that appeared on the Wii but with a major visual enhancement and full PlayStation Move support. Zack Mumbach, producer of the Dead Space series, recently checked in with the Official PlayStation Blog and showed off some of the benefits that the game will be receiving with the new, true one-to-one control options offered by the PlayStation Move.
