Eurogamer has an
insightful interview up with the High Voltage Software guys, about, you guessed it,
Conduit 2. They go into a lot of interesting topics--the improvements they're making, how they got the first game greenlit in the first place, but also how they've learned from the hype-burn Conduit 1 incurred and how they're being subtle with promoting the sequel. I really liked the Conduit and could forgive the hype to some degree, and I think HVS's more low-key approach to Conduit 2 can only help the game reach a bigger audience. In any case it's certainly one of the big games to keep an eye one--only a month or so away.
