PlayStation Network thanks to a new bundle from SNK Playmore. A bundle featuring all of the following games can be purchased on the PSN store for $79.99:

The titles sell for $8.99 individually, so buying the pack nets you a total savings of $10. In addition to the games, buyers of the pack will also receive an official, custom theme for their PS3. Had the bundle been offered at a bigger discount than just $10, I would have seriously considered purchasing it; unfortunately, not all of the games in the pack are interesting enough to warrant a purchase personally.
