Traffic sucks.  Between poor city planning, bad drivers and construction, there are a lot of factors that could to increase your commute time.  Thankfully, we are getting another game that will allow us to prove we know better and can make traffic move more efficiently.  Paradox Interactive and Collosal Order Ltd are teaming up to bring us Cities in Motion.  Scheduled for a PC release in 2011, Cities in Motion is a "mass transportation simulator" that gives you the ultimate control.

It boasts 5 different types of vehicles (over 30 actual vehicles) and 100 years of history to play through via a campaign (12 scenarios long) as well as a sandbox mode.  Today, they released a developer diary which can be found here.  A trailer was previously released showing off what the game looks like.  It looks interesting to me!
