It sure seems like a lot of indie and Flash hits are making their way to the mainstream consoles with titles like N+ and Braid releasing and flourishing on the digital distribution models of the big systems. The latest game to make the jump, this one coming from the Flash platform, is the popular platforming adventure game Fancy Pants Adventures, which is headed to both the PlayStation Network and the Xbox Live Arcade..
The title has been picked up by Electronic Arts and is being planned for release in the Spring (2011). In addition to porting over the original two Flash games into one new game, the XBLA and PSN version of the game will also contain a variety of new enemies, weapons, and even a new world to explore. The original title, developed by programmer Brad Borne, can be found for free through various Flash gaming sites and information on the new version can be found on the official website.
