Here's the latest batch of screenshots from Shogun 2:Total War that show off some stuff on fire, some horses, and a bunch of dudes with long pointy sticks.
What these screenshots don't show is all the awesome strategy and tactics that the game will feature which is why I'm tossing this developer diary in to provide a little more context behind the screenshots as they don't convey the depth and breadth of the game (which should get all the grognards all hot and bothered).
