Capcom and Factor 5 have revealed an insane crossover exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS: Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney. No, you didn’t read that wrong and it isn’t April 1st.
The game, which has only been announced for Japan at this point, takes the protagonists from both series and puts them in a place called Labyrinth City and in medieval settings; early clues to the game from Capcom give the hint that the story may have something to do with "witch trials". The title is being written by the original writer of the Ace Attorney series, Shu Takumi. Hopefully, with enough fan support for the title, Capcom and Factor 5 will bring the title out to the rest of the world as well.
