The most popular wrestling game in Japan is making the jump to XBLA with an avatar related version, dubbed simply Fire Pro Wrestling. The Fire Pro series is arguably the best wrestling series in existence (sorry THQ) and has long been recognized for not only its superb controls but incredible depth of customization and match variety. The new version will replace the familiar names and faces from the wrestling industry with players Xbox avatars. You can truly put yourself, and your friends, into the ring.
The title, which is scheduled for a 2011 release, will include both online and offline modes as well as a full career mode with both single- and tag team matches. You can check out a few early screenshots of the game below.
