Stronghold 3 features flying cows

What was Stronghold 3 missing?  It already had castles, trebuchets, and fancy new night/day cycles.  Well, in this latest batch of screenshots we get our answer: flying cows.  They also show off the great new graphics, but that's not important.  Enjoy!
