City of Heroes Going Rogue, the first City of Heroes expansion since the launch of City of Villains®, now gives players the opportunity to explore and investigate the mirror universe of Praetoria, a regimented urban utopia filled with dark secrets waiting to be unearthed. As players explore this illusory paradise they are faced with morally gripping decisions that will ultimately affect how the game plays and who their character becomes. Unlike any other MMO, when players now start as a Praetorian, they are introduced to the unique idea of having their actions determine whether or not they're a hero, villain or they walk the fine line in-between.
City of Heroes Going Rogue features the Rogue and Vigilante game alignments that give existing players the opportunity to explore the shades of gray between Hero and Villain, allowing hero characters the opportunity to now “fall-from-grace,” and for villain characters, the chance for redemption.
