The hockey community was greatly saddened by the sudden and unexpected death of
Bob Probert last weekend. For those of you who don't follow hockey, Bob Probert was the quintessential enforcer during the nineties. His death has sparked a group to
petition Electronic Arts to include him in
NHL 2011 when it comes out this fall.
Of course that's easier said than done as there are a bunch of hoops that EA would have to go through including getting approval from his family but it would be nice to see the big guy lace them up one more time, even if it is on virtual ice.
Thanks to
Puck Daddy for the heads up.
