Xbox 360 3D motion sensing capabilites with two cameras

The 360 doesn't have a controller that detects movement but with two cameras it can do a pretty decent job. See this video on Gizmodo of a guy controlling a sword in space using his finger. I'm sure the adult industry is going to jump on this one.
