Konami / 4mm Games’
Def Jam Rapstar has been confirmed as hitting store shelves on November 6, 2010 in North America. European gamers will get their hands on the title a month earlier, on October 5. The game will see release for all of the current major consoles and will be sold as a bundle containing both the software and a wired microphone. The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game will retail for $69.99 while the Nintendo Wii version will sell at $59.99.
To go along with the release and price announcements, Konami has released a list of seven additional tracks that will be included in the game:
Biz Markie- Just a Friend
Drake- Best I Ever Had
Ice Cube- It Was a Good Day
Outkast- So Fresh, So Clean
Pete Rock / CL Smooth- They Reminisce Over You (TROY)
Redman and Method Man- Da Rockwilder
Salt-N-Pepa- Push It
The track lineup for the game is looking very solid, and they may have just sold me on “Just a Friend” alone. “Oh, baby you.... you got what I need...”
