Hot on the heels of the announcement of the new
NBA Elite franchise from EA comes our first screenshots of the game. The first shots hit the net courtesy of

With
NBA Elite 11, Electronic Arts is looking to take back control of the “best NBA game” crown from 2K Sports and their NBA 2K series. EA is taking their franchise back to the drawing board and re-tooling the series from the ground up. One of the main priorities in the development of this year’s game is said to be 1-to-1 control of the players. It will be up to you to control every aspect of the players, including the movement, dribbling, shooting, stealing, and more. According to the the games creative director, David Littman, gone are the days where you “oush a button and watch the computer generate a long animation sequence”.
At this time,
NBA Elite 11 is only scheduled to be released on the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360, and will launch this fall.
