Konami and Sony have teamed up for a special launch event in Costa Rica for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. The "special event" is basically an exclusive "Latin America Kit" that comes with the game, a limited edition "Skull-Camo" PSP-3000 and unique in game content. This kit will be available in Costa Rica, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Columbia, Panama, Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua.

Staying true to Hideo Kojima's expansive and historical storyline, which takes place in the Central American country, the first-of-its-kind launch event will bring fans face-to-face with the unique setting that inspired the game.
Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc (SCEA) will present the METAL GEAR SOLID: PEACE WALKER Exclusive Latin America Kit, available at major retail locations in Costa Rica, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Panama, Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua.
Launching on June 8, 2010, METAL GEAR SOLID: PEACE WALKER Exclusive Latin America Kit comes complete with the METAL GEAR SOLID: PEACE WALKER game on UMD® (Universal Media Disc) and features a limited edition "Skull-Camo" PSP-3000 system, marking the first time the design will be available in Latin America. Additionally, special in-game content such as an exclusive Camouflage Uniform with FOX logos and Stealth Gun feature, both of which will be unlocked early in the game will complete this ultimate portable Latin America package.
