Map pack #2 coming to Modern Warfare 2

June 3rd will see the release of the Resurgence Pack for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Like the Stimulus Package, this one will feature five maps as well and I'm guessing $15 again. Nothing else is said so we won't know if it's five brand new maps or it will include some retreads like the previous pack. Again, this will be on the 360 first with the PC and PS3 coming in at a later date.

I'm not too big of a fan of the Stimulus Package maps and every time they come up, I almost always vote to skip them. I mean there are some OK ones but I still prefer the originals for some reason. Let's hope the new maps in the Resurgence Pack will offer some better ones. 

Also, those that want double XP weekends will get two chances as May 28th and June 4th will be the start dates of these events.

Additionally, to celebrate the upcoming release, Infinity Ward will host two Double XP weekends. The first Double XP will take place beginning Friday, May 28, and the second will follow on Friday, June 4.
