little while back we reported that Ubisoft had contracted two award winning filmographers to direct and produce a live action “prequel” trailer for their upcoming
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. Now, a few short weeks later, that short film has become a reality.
The short film, shown below, gives players a glimpse into the world of
Future Soldier. The tactics and methods used by the
Future Soldiers in the short should give us an idea of what we can expect, gameplay wise, from the upcoming game. I do not know about you, but I am a little excited by what I have seen. If Ubisoft does this right, this could easily be the greatest cooperative game ever. I am praying for a full, 4-player cooperative multiplayer in the campaign mode with correspondence and cooperation between the players as shown in the trailer. Even if that never comes to fruition, I could still see myself enjoying the game as the Advanced Warfighter games have turned me into a fan of the series.
