Hot on the trails of the official release date announcement yesterday, Nintendo has released both new screenshots and a new trailer for the upcoming Super Mario Galaxy 2. I wouldn't expect anything less from Nintendo out of a Mario title as the game lookks top-notch. Nobody does a 3D platformer like Nintendo. Nobody.
Gamers won't have to wait much longer to get their hands on the title as it is set for release this May. I thought for sure they would hold onto this one for a Holiday release. If Nintendo is playing these types of cards (Super Mario Galaxy 2, Sin & Punishment 2, Metroid: Other M) this early in the year, it makes you wonder what they are planning for the Holiday season.
